Flight instructions

*Please see note regarding coming in 9/11/25 below*

Airlines have either early-morning (7:40 a.m.), mid-morning (various times available), late-night (10:45 p.m.), or red-eye flights (11:52 p.m.) into Guayaquil.

Please try and arrive on the early morning flight or the night before! Group Transportation will be provided from airport the morning of 9/12/25.

NOTE: NovaVita Center and The Finca Botanica Farm is approximately a 50-minute drive from the airport. 

NOTE: If your flight arrives after other than in the AM, we are working to coordinate a hotel the night of 9/11/25 with a group rate. This is not included at this time.

NOTE: Return Departure should be late in day

 

Transportation

Individual requests for those who are coming earlier or leaving later, need to make special arrangements. (There might be an  additional transportation cost for this option)

 

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the Reflex-OIL-ogy™ Service Trip will be provided by the NovaVita Spa. Meals will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options that are locally sourced. Some meals might be boxed meals.

 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be offered up to August 1, 2025 afterwards there will be NO Refund.

Finca Botanical Farm and Distillery Tour

Tour information: The Finca Botanica Farm and Distillery is an incredible example of our Seed to Seal commitment. During this guided tour, you will help to harvest Ylang Ylang and learn about the distillation process. Walk through the gardens and tour the Wormhouse, where fertilizer is produced by worms alone. See the seedlings in the greenhouse and pet the goats.

Assist in planting and harvesting Ylang Ylang and Oregano.

 

What to bring to Farm:     

• Umbrella

•     Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes

•     Water bottle with drinking water

•     Sun protection and hat

•     Insect repellent

•     Hand Purifier

 

What to wear: Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required for all tours. Be prepared with a windbreaker and/or rain jacket, as weather can quickly change. Bring a hat or umbrella for sun protection.

 

Young Living Academy: This experience is sure to warm your heart! Come see Young Living Founder D. Gary Young’s vision in action at this school where the local children could feel safe and supported and fulfill their educational dreams. 

 

Weather: Tropical with temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. With a rainy season that occurs between December and April, and the best times to visit are in June, July and August.

 

Shopping:

Onsite farm store where Young Living product and Finca Botanica branded gear can be purchased.

 

Nearest Airport: Guayaquil Airport (GYE)

 

Languages spoken: Spanish and English

If needed;

    Overnight Accommodations in Guayaquil

If your flight comes in on 9/11 in the evening, we will help make reservation for you at a hotel in Guayaquil. But this would be an additional cost. My best guess it would be approximately $80 per person based on two people to a room. The plan would be we all stay at the same hotel and then have the group transportation to NovaVita on the morning of 9/12.
