Sick at home by yourself?

Loved ones feeling miserable and you aren’t sure how to help them?

Wondering what you can safely do for a sick child at home?

This Care Class will focus on using essential oils on the reflex areas of the feet to help relieve and alleviate the effects of seasonal cold and flu discomforts.

You will learn how to lower a fever, release headaches, sinus congestion, a stuffed or runny nose, settle a cough, shortness of breath and relieve upset tummies by using Reflex-OIL-ogy™.

Have a few essential oils handy as well as your feet, or the feet of someone else, so you can practice the skills being presented. You do not need to have all the oils listed and you may even have some others that are not listed, but try to have at least one or two to “play with”. You will be locating a reflex area and then applying an essential oil.

Single Essential Oils being discussed are: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Frankincense, Lemon, Copaiba, Black Spruce 

( or any conifer oil ), Thyme, Lemongrass, Hyssop, Dorado Azul. We will also discuss Young Living Blends of Thieves, R.C., Breathe Again and DiGize plus a few others I am sure!
