In this module you will explore the three basic types of muscles, how muscles function and the nutritional support needed for proper functioning. You will explore essential oils that would most benefit your tendons, ligaments and muscle tissue. You will learn how to locate and apply the AAA Technique to the reflex areas on your feet that correspond to to your major muscles.
This class goes beyond plantar fasciitis and identifies other muscle pathologies and the emotional manifestations linked to these “discomforts.”
You will become efficient in assessing imbalances in your moving body and be able to create an oxygenated flow of impulse energy into your muscles using the AAA Technique.

Laurie Azzarella (NCBTMB # 1497, ARCB #SA00173, MS #146, FL #50-22757) is the Founder and Director of Reflex-Oil-ogy™ and has been an Ingham Reflexology Instructor for the International Institute of Reflexology since 1996. She is also a Young Living Essential Oils Diamond Leader and has been sharing essential oils since 2000. Laurie moved from North Tonawanda, New York to Daphne, Alabama in 1998 where she continued to teach in multiple arenas and massage schools on the Gulf Coast sharing her love of Essential Oils and Reflexology.
